C.Precautions for installation and use

Before the test run, it is necessary to check whether the fasteners are tightened, and whether the pulley is flexible by rotating by hand. Abnormal results should be excluded before the test run.When driving, it is inconvenient to make the two grinding disks tight, in case of start-up difficulties.The hardness of the sample shall not exceed medium hardness, otherwise it will affect the grinding property of the grinding disc.It is found that the crushed material can not reach the technical requirements through the adjustment of the adjustment mechanism, then the adjustment of the grinding disc clearance should be considered to adjust the parallelism of the grinding disc. When replacing the sample, in order to make the test data accurate, you can relax the screw, open the end cover, and brush the residual material left in the studio with a brush.
