Main technical parameters

Install

1. Power supply: 380 volts
2. Foundation: The support foot can be fixed on the cement base with expansion screws.
3. Try to turn: the rotation direction and the sign is normal.

Using

1. The steel ball has been matched when the factory, the user can not change at will;
2. First empty operation, so that the steel ball, cylinder wall wash clean;
3. Hold the handle tightly before feeding, make the cylinder and the frame turn 90°, feed port upward, release the lock position of the handle, open the feed port with the plate hand, add water, ore and chemical feed port in turn, tightly cover the feed port, release the handle and turn 90°, lock it, and work according to the predetermined time.
4. When taking the material, after the motor stops running, put the receiving basin, open the discharge port with the plate hand, loosen the positioning with the handle, and make the discharge port of the cylinder turn down 90° to overflow the pulp. Clean up and work again.

Daily maintenance

1. After use,please clean it;
2. Intermittent use should add lime water to the cylinder when no equipment is used;
3. Appropriate amount of butter should be added to the refueling cup of the front bearing seat;
4. Often check the power supply voltage and grounding to ensure good condition.
